ChargePoint Holdings Inc. and former top executives must defend against allegations they concealed supply chain holdups and deceptive sales practices from investors while touting the electric-vehicle charging company’s financial success.

The lead investors’ new complaint addressed Judge Noël Wise‘s concerns with a prior version, the US District Court for the Northern District of California judge said. Wise denied ChargePoint and the executives’ bid to dismiss the proposed class action Thursday.
