KMD, which also owns hiking and outdoor wear brand Kathmandu and US hiking boot maker Oboz, posted an underlying net loss of $NZ28.3 million ($25.1 million) for the year ended July 31, 2025, compared to a loss of $NZ1.1 million in the prior year as aggressive discounting ate into its margins.
