According to a post on the Harrow Police social media channel, Safer Neighbourhoods Team from Kenton East and Kenton West PCSOs discovered street trading taking place without a proper license.
When asked for a street trading license, the individual on Kenton Road “couldn’t show one.” Officers have reported the incident to Harrow Council, and a Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN) will be issued for “not producing a Street Trading License on demand.”
Unauthorised street trading without a license is illegal in Harrow.
