LeBron James is one of the greatest players in the history of basketball.

From the No. 1 overall pick in 2003’s NBA Draft to a record-setting, championship-winning legend for the Cleveland Cavaliers, Miami Heat and Los Angeles Lakers, it’s been an epic journey.

Are Lakers trading LeBron James for Cooper Flagg?

No, there is no LeBron James for Cooper Flagg trade.

There hasn’t been one and there won’t be one.

The rumor exists due to an account on X, NBA Centel, that creates fake NBA news and has a tendency to go viral.

The Mavericks would never do such a deal.

James might be a legend, but he’s also 40 years old.

The salaries also don’t line up at all, for whatever that’s worth.

Sure, the Mavs made the wild Luka Doncic trade to L.A., so you can’t rule anything out. But this isn’t a deal that’ll be happening.
