A London-focussed ‘self service’ lettings platform has struck a deal with digital mortgage broker Habito.

Hello Neighbour is a tech-based online service which, at its most basic level, allows landlords to upload property information and photographs which the platform then puts on to portals.

It says the new partnership allows landlords access to over 90 lenders with products tailored for landlords, including HMO and Ltd Co. mortgages; no broker fees; and a 100% “digital journey”.

Richard Jenkins, chief executive of Hello Neighbour, says: “Landlords don’t just need advice, they need fast, intelligent tools that cut through complexity and deliver real value. Partnering with Habito allows us to offer precisely that – smart, tech-enabled mortgage solutions that work around landlords’ lives and long-term investment goals.”

And Ying Tan, chief executive at Habito, adds: “From day one, Habito set out to revolutionise mortgage lending with technology, removing friction, confusion and outdated costs. Teaming up with Hello Neighbour, who share our passion for digital transformation, lets us extend that mission to even more landlords. Whether you’ve got one rental or twenty, we’ll help you secure the right deal, quickly and without hassle.”
