A man has been charged after around £85,000 in cash was seized from a vehicle in Dumfries and Galloway.
Officers stopped a southbound Peugeot on the A74(M) near Lockerbie at around 8.30pm on Friday, May 8, and arrested a 32-year-old man in connection with money laundering.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “This activity highlights our efforts to disrupt the activities of anyone involved in criminal activity.”
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
