US stocks rose on Monday as investors brace for a deluge of economic data including consumer price inflation.
At the opening bell, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 0.02% at 39,500 points. The S&P 500 was up 0.24% at 5356.23 points, while the Nasdaq Composite rose 0.45% at 16820 points.
