Oscar has covered the tech sector for nearly a decade, reporting on privacy and security, competition in digital markets and industry lobbying. A UK-NZ dual citizen, Oscar grew up in the West Midlands and studied at the University of Nottingham and City, University of London. Prior to the New Statesman, he worked for the Guardian and HuffPost.
