The incident happened at a trading estate off Long Lane in March, where a man was injured after being punched.
In a post on Facebook, Dudley Police said: “Do you know this man?
“We want to speak to him about an assault in Halesowen in March.
“On Friday 8 March, between 1.30pm and 2pm, a man got into an argument with another man at a trading estate off Long Lane, Halesowen. One of the men punched the other, causing injury, before making off.
