Perth homeowners are turning down interstate offers – even if it costs them money – because of frustration that investors from Sydney and Melbourne are driving up property prices in Western Australia, agents say.
Buyers agents representing east coast clients keen to tap into Perth’s property market said WA real estate agents told them some owners rejected offers from across the Nullarbor.
