Hotel Property Investments Limited has announced the appointment of Chris Judd as a new director effective from June 17, 2024. In compliance with listing rule 3.19A.1, the company disclosed that Judd currently holds no registered securities in the company, nor does he have interests in any contracts with the company as per the Initial Director’s Interest Notice provided to the ASX.
