Commercial property consultancy Hartnell Taylor Cook has appointed Oliver Spero as investment director in its London office, supporting the firm’s continued national growth.
Oliver brings more than 17 years’ experience and has transacted over £2.2 billion across 145 deals.
He joins from Maple Real Estate, having also held senior roles at Cyril Leonard and DTZ.
At Hartnell Taylor Cook, Oliver will advise clients on acquisitions, disposals and strategic portfolio management across multiple sectors.
His client-led approach has seen him work with HNWIs, family offices, funds, property companies and developers.

Oliver’s appointment follows rising demand for the firm’s services across its London and Bristol offices.
