Our client is a highly successful property agent, with an impressive portfolio of new investment projects set to launch throughout the North West. They specialise in the off-plan investment/buy to let market and have long established relationships with investors throughout the UK and abroad.

They now have an opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to work alongside their brand, primarily expanding their agent network, maximising sales potential for their developments with both UK and International property agents.

You will identify and approach suitable agents to pitch the developments, initially by phone and subsequently presenting in person, agree terms and commission rates and manage the agent relationship throughout the partnership agreement.

This is a fast paced, target driven BD role, offering a huge amount of career development and an extremely lucrative package. Basic salary £35,000 – £40,000 with a realistic OTE of £70,000k.

We are looking for a highly motivated, career driven candidate who has experience working within the property investment sales sector, ideally already with an agent network.

The role is based in Chester, offering hybrid working 2/3 days in the office and homebased. The role may also require some travel, so we are looking for a flexible candidate who is able to work in various locations as needed.
