The Right Mortgage and Protection Network (TRM) has opted to create a new internal position within its ranks, and has promoted one of its existing employees to the role.
This new position is head of lending and the woman who has been appointed to it is Victoria Clark. Before accepting the promotion, she worked for TRM as its equity release head, but this new role will involve a wider brief. She will now be responsible for overseeing all of its member companies and the mortgage advisors who work for them, not just the later life lending ones.
The main focus for her will be to push forward growth plans that can help advisors and to identify potential new areas for accreditation. Clark will work alongside provider and lender relationships head Anita White in her new job.
She has been with TRM for more than half a decade, but that entire period has been spent within the later life lending division. Talking to Mortgage Introducer, Clark stated that she felt her expanded role represented a natural evolution.
She then continued by saying:
“We have some intriguing new initiatives planned for our members in terms of new advisor accreditations and future developments.”
Clark concluded by adding that members would be updated about these as soon as it was possible to do so.
Many mortgage advisors choose to work closely with lenders after completing the CeMAP course, because it provides them with access to the very best support networks.
