Real estate finance and investment house TAB has partnered with Brilliant Solutions Mortgage Club, the network for directly authorised (DA) brokers.
Brilliant Solutions’ members will gain access to TAB’s suite of bridging loan solutions, including first and second charge residential and commercial term products, alongside development and refurbishment finance offerings.
These options will be readily available through TAB’s technology platform.
