FRANKENMUTH, MI — The widow and daughter of fallen Michigan State Police Trooper Joel E. Popp have been freed from the burden of a mortgage, courtesy a nonprofit’s donation.
The New York-based Tunnel to Towers Foundation announced Tuesday, July 2, it had paid off the mortgage of Stefanie and daughter Emalyn Popp’s Frankenmuth home.
