NatWest has reduced mortgage rates on new business, existing customer and additional borrowing products.
From 25 February, this includes its fee-free two-year fixed purchase mortgage at 60% loan to value (LTV), which will be lowered by 15 basis points (bps) to 3.91%. The alternative with a £995 product fee has gone down by 8bps to 3.62%, and the deal with a £1,495 fee has been reduced by 8bps to 3.62%.
Larger cuts have been made at the 75% LTV tier, with the two-year fixed fee-free product reducing by 19bps to 4.04%, while the options with a £995 fee and £1,945 fee are falling by 17bps to 3.84% and 3.79% respectively.
At 80% LTV, NatWest has lowered the rate of the fee-free two-year fix by 13bps to 4.12%, while the options with a £995 fee and £1,495 fee have been cut by 20bps to 3.96% and 3.91% respectively.
Reductions across its two-year fixed purchases apply up to 95% LTV, where the fee-free product for borrowers with a 5% deposit has fallen by 8bps to 4.61%.
NatWest has also lowered pricing across its high-value deals and five-year fixed purchase products.

Its remortgage rates have been lowered by up to 16bps and first-time buyer rates by as much as 15bps.
Reductions have also been made to shared equity, green, additional borrowing and buy-to-let (BTL) product pricing.
TSB cuts residential and PT mortgage rates
TSB has reduced pricing across its residential and product transfer mortgage rates.
Reductions of up to 10bps have been made and applied to its two-year fixed purchase products up to 75% LTV, three-year fixed purchase rates at 75-85% LTV and five-year fixed purchase rates up to 60% LTV.
Pricing has also changed for its five-year fixed purchase deals with a £995 fee at 60-75% LTV, two-year fixed remortgages up to 80% LTV with a £995 and £1,495 fee, and fee-free two-year fixed remortgages at 75-85% LTV.
Regarding its product transfers, two-year fixed residential offerings at 60-75% LTV with a £995 and £1,495 fee have gone down by 5bps.
