An alleged mortgage fraudster accused of swindling more than £130,000 from people across Northern Ireland is due to be extradited from the United States.
Marianne Smyth is awaiting transfer from the US Marshals Service to PSNI custody after a judge in the state of Maine ordered that she should be sent here in answer to eight charges.
