In his new role, Thorne will work proactively with broker firms in the south west, helping them understand Castle Trust Bank’s specialist bridging proposition and provide a dedicated contact for queries related to the lending process.
“We are delighted to welcome Nathan to the Castle Trust Bank team to help us grow our business in the south west region,” said Anna Lewis, commercial director at Castle Trust Bank. “With previous experience working at a broker firm and in underwriting functions under his belt, Nathan has a range of skills and expertise to help brokers identify and structure lending solutions to help their property investor clients get more from their portfolios.”
Meanwhile, ModaMortgages has appointed George Morgan (pictured right) as BDM for the Midlands, East Anglia, and South Yorkshire.
The soon-to-launch specialist buy-to-let lender is part of Chetwood Financial, a digital bank based in Wrexham.
Morgan brings extensive experience from previous roles at Create Finance and the Finance Advice Centre, where he also coached and trained brokers. He aims to bring a “fresh new approach” to managing broker relationships, leveraging his background in assisting brokers with limited company and self-employed clients.
