The next Premium Live Event (PLE) on the WWE schedule is the Money in the Bank show set to take place on Sat., July 6, 2024, at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This will be the 15th iteration of the branding used by the company to decide the next top contenders in waiting to, well, whatever title they want.
We’re just a couple weeks out from showtime and the card looks like this:
- World Heavyweight Championship: Damian Priest (c) vs. Seth Rollins
Rollins made his return to television on Monday Night Raw this past week and promptly inserted himself into the title picture. Priest instantly agreed to give him a title shot. So it will be.
- Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match: Jey Uso vs. Carmelo Hayes vs. Andrade vs. TBD vs. TB vs. TBD
They’ve been holding qualifiers to determine who gets in, with three wrestlers from Raw and three from SmackDown.
- Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match: Iyo Sky vs. Chelsea Green vs. TBD vs. TBD vs. TBD vs. TBD
No different than the men, they’ve been holding triple threat matches as qualifiers to determine who gets in.
That’s it so far but Logan Paul and LA Knight are on a collision course for the U.S. title, and it seems possible it could happen on this show.
