A day celebrating a traditional knitted jumper aims to raise money for charity.
Wear a Guernsey day, originally set up by Visit Guernsey but now run by company Guernsey Woolens, is taking place on Thursday.
The event started at 10:00 GMT at Market Square and Guernsey Tourist Information Centre, at the Inner Market, and organisers said funds would support Les Bourgs Hospice.
Paul Eldridge, from Guernsey Woolens, said: “Really it’s just an excuse to try and get people to sort of don their Guernseys and then donate to a charity.”
