He cooks a roast half shoulder of pork with all the trimmings before turning the leftovers into dim sum buns, and rustles up meatloaf with spaghetti and a tomato and chilli sauce. The chef also shows a takeaway lover how to make a vegetable korma with cauliflower pilau for a fraction of the price of ordering it in, and helps a woman put all the meat in her freezer to good use instead of wasting it
