Investors caution against ‘AI-washing’ as they hunt down innovative technology
Venture Capital (VCs) investors are increasingly looking to European startups as they put off by expensive valuations in the US.
“Gen AI has been very buoyant, so much so that VCs that are typically US based are increasingly looking outside the US because they are complaining that the valuations in the US are too high now,” Grit Young, a valuation partner for EY Ireland, said.
