The Swiss-Irish bakery giant said it expects the projects will take two years to complete once construction commences

Aryzta, the speciality bakery giant best known for its Cuisine De France brand range, has announced plans to invest around €40 million to build a new large-scale bakery in Perth in Western Australia.

The bakery company, which was once listed on the Dublin stock exchange, said the project will take two years to complete once construction starts and that once operational, it will produce products for fast food, hospitality and retail customers.
