For 47-year-old Sarah Chehab, her divorce three years ago served as a retirement wake-up call.

The mother of two, who is a self-employed pharmacist, says it was then she realised that her super was too low and, while the residential investment property she owned in Sydney had increased in value, it wasn’t providing much in the way of cash flow.
