YBS Commercial Mortgages has appointed Michelle Lowe as business development manager within its business development team.
Lowe joins with more than 20 years’ experience in financial services, having worked across a range of sectors since 2004. Since 2014, she has specialised in commercial lending, supporting direct clients, introducers and brokers with finance solutions across investment lending, bridging finance, buy-to-let portfolios and commercial mortgages.
Based at the lender’s Manchester office, Lowe will support brokers nationally as part of the commercial lender’s business development team, which acts as the first point of contact for broker enquiries and relationship support.
YBS Commercial Mortgages said the team focuses on delivering fast turnaround times on new lending enquiries while providing support across its commercial lending proposition.
