Hotel Property Investments Ltd. has announced a half-year distribution of 9.5 cents per stapled security, with a confirmed tax component to be detailed by the estimated payment date of September 6, 2024. Shareholders have the option to reinvest these earnings through the Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP), which offers a 2% discount on newly issued securities. Applications for the DRP must be submitted by July 1, 2024.
